- Approval of accounting systems of New Taipei City’s subsidiary units.
(3) Administrative Statistics Division
The collection, compilation, analysis, estimation and announcement of New Taipei City’s Administrative Statistics.
(4) Economic Statistics Division
The survey, integration and analysis of New Taipei City’s economic statistics.
(5) Accounting and Financial Reporting Division
- The general accounting affairs of New Taipei City.
- The auditing of agency financial statement of New Taipei City offices.
- The draft of general financial statement & special financial statement of New Taipei City.
- The deciding of the general accounting system of New Taipei City and the alignment regulations regarding accounting system of agencies.
- The promotion of the internal management systems of New Taipei City.

The management of documents, files, affairs, cashier affairs, administrative emphasis, administrative plans, report production, legal affairs, investigations, information, general affairs and affairs that cannot be categorized to a specific division or office of Department of Budget, Accounting and Statistics, New Taipei City Government.
